Nicholas is a chartered QS, Contracts Manager and Project Director. He holds a Diploma in QS, MSc Degree in Construction Management from Bath University in UK, and MSc Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from Kings College in London University. He is Fellow of RICS, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIA), and RICS Accredited Civil Commercial Mediator.

Nicholas experience is more than 3 decades among which more than 20 years in Dubai and the Middle East. He worked previously in UK, Qatar, Singapore, Iraq, Kuwait, and Dubai. He has significant experience in dispute negotiation, settlement, and arbitration.
